TROOPS JOIN A WORKSHOP ON EARTHQUAKE AND DISASTER RISK MANAGEMENT

Officers and troops under 12 Infantry Division participated in a lecture and workshop on Earthquake and Disaster Risk Management conducted in Hambantota. The awareness workshop focused on the military preparedness in disaster management was organized by the Sri Lanka Disaster Management Centre at the Sri Lanka – Singapore Friendship conference hall in Hambantota on 10 May 2023. The session which was anchored by several professional experts, added updated theoretical knowledge and skills for the benefit of the audience.
