TROOPS ADDRESS BY THE SF COMMANDER

After assuming duties as the Commander Security Forces (Central), Major General M K S Silva RWP RSP ndu addressed the troops on 13 October 2021. During Commander’s address, he pointed out many areas which required to be inculcated in Army personnel pertaining to discipline, knowledge and experiences while discharging duties in the Army. Major General M K S Silva RWP RSP ndu is an experienced senior officer who have performed duties in various capacities in different formations in the Army. After the troops address, all ranks tea was held. Senior Officers, Officers, Senior NCOs and NCOs were participated in this occasion.
