Security Force Headquarters Central conducted a dynamic training program for the troops of Quick Reaction Rider Teams belong to the ground formation. The 14 days training course commenced on 18 September 2023, ended successfully and the certificate awarding ceremony was held on 03 October 2023 at the premises of the security force headquarters in Diyatalawa.
The Quick Reaction Rider Team training program is a brainchild of the Commander Security Force Central, Major General WWHRRVMNDKB Niyangoda RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc, designed to achieve professionalism concerning bike riding skills, physical training, endurance, weapon training and live firing excercises, military tactics including internal security and real-time situational excercises.
Prifessional instructor team from Special Forces enlightened the members of the Quick Reaction Rider Teams during the lectures and practical sessions.
Security Force Commander awarded certificates for the course participants and joined with them during the tea party at the end of the ceremony. Senior Staff Officer, Officers and troops witnessed the program.
