A Railway Commuter, foreign lady Ms Salene Solanae (26yers) from France was accidentally fallen down form the train at 32 tunnel area while travelling from Ohiya to Idalgashinna. She was initially admitted to Haputhale hospital and later transferred to Diyathalawa hospital on 03 Feb 2022 for further treatments.
Foreign lady who got an head injury and is being treated at Diyathalawa hospital was visited by Col Vol Coord of SF HQ (Cen) and Civil Affairs Officer with the guidance of Comd SF HQ (Cen). Medical condition and other requirements of the tourist were inquired by the Officers and greeted her for speedy recovery.
French lady was impressed by the care and concern for foreigners by Sri Lankan Military and people, thereafter she willingly appear for the photograph with military Officers and extended her profound gratitude for Sri Lanka people for the support extended to her and her boyfriend during the difficult situation.
