SFHQ CENTRAL COMMEMORATES ITS 8TH ANNIVERSARY

Security Force Headquarters Central proudly celebrated its 8thAnniversary with a series of programmes, organized under the direction of Major General N R Lmahewage RWP RSP ndu, Commander Security Force Central.

On 12 March 2020, religious segment along with “Pirith” chanting ceremony was held at Bodhi Kanda sacred place with the participation of all ranks. In conformity to the traditions and customs of the Army, 23 Gajaba Regiment troops awarded a Guard Turnout to the Security Force Commander on 13 March 2021. On the same day, All Ranks Lunch was held with the participation of all the Officers and Other Ranks of the Security Force Central and brought the organized events of the anniversary to culmination.
