In conjunction with the 75th anniversary of the Army, Security Forces-Central organized a book donation programme and awareness lecture for senior students of Diyatalawa Maha Vidyalaya on 16 August 2024.
Major General B.K.G.M.L Rodrigo RSP psc IG, the Commander, Security Forces-Central, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
During the programme, 135 packs of books, sponsored by the Rotary Club Colombo, were distributed among the primary students.
Senior Officers, Officers, the President of the Rotary Club, members of the Rotary Club, the Principal, teachers and students were present at the occasion.
