SECURITY FORCE COMMANDER MAKES MAIDEN VISIT TO 11 INFANTRY DIVISION

Newly appointed Commander Security Force (Central), Major General WWHRRVMNDKB Niyangoda RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc, made his first field visit to 11 Infantry Division in Kandy, on 03 August 2023.

On the arrival of the senior officer, General Officer Commanding of 11 Infantry Division extended a warm welcome and a while later, troops accorded a guard turnout at the main entrance. General Officer Commanding and Senior Staff Officers presented an official briefing on the operations of the Division, and further Security Force Commander discussed the administrative matters with the gathering.

Subsequently the tree planting event, the visiting commander acknowledged the group photograph, and then interacted with the officers and the troops during the all ranks tea party.
