The General Officer Commanding 12 Division Brigadier G W D K Jayathilaka was promoted to the rank of Major General.The troop of 9 SLSR offered the guard turn out and the guard of honour on 8 February 2019 at the Div HQ premises. At the end of the program, GOC participated for all Rank tea arranged in Div HQ.
