Warrant Officer 11 Pushpa kumara H L USP to 5 Filed Engineers assumed duties as the new Chief Clerk at General Staff Branch of Security Forces Headquarters (Central) at an auspicious time on 01 jan 2019 at the office premises.
Warrant Officer 11 Pushpa kumara H L usp joined the Sri Lanka Army in 1999 and he has performed duties at many Military establishments in the island. Further, Officers and Other Ranks at SF HQ (Central) extended their wishes to the newly appointed Chief Clerk on the assumption of duties.
