Major General R A Nugera WWV RWP RSP USP ndu assumed duties as the General Officer Commanding 12 Division under the Security Force Headquarters (Central) at auspicious time at 0946 hrs on 02 November 2016.
In accordance with military traditions, Major General Nugera reviewed the Guard Turnout, presented by troops of 12 Division. Senior Officers and other officers, who are serving the Headquarters 12 Division, extended their wishes to the newly-appointed GOC on the assumption of the duties of the appointment.
