Distribution of school accessories was taken place at Gangarama Viharaya in Kumbukkana and Veherayaya Kanishta Vidyalaya in Wellawaya on 04 and 05 December 2017. This was organized by 121 Brigade in order to facilitate selected 1001 students of 18 schools in Monaragala District which is located in the responsible area of 121 Brigade of Security Forces (Central).
Moreover, selected 250 students of 06 schools in Siyabalanduwa Secretariat Division were also gifted with school accessories on 08 December 2017 at the Cultural Centre in Siyabalanduwa. On the same day a medical clinic was also held. Brigade Commander of 121 Brigade, Brigadier K A N N Koswatta RWP RSP along with 6 officers and 8 soldiers participated in these series of programmes which were financially assisted by the Capital City Rotary Club, Colombo
