Troops of Security Force Headquarters (Central) participated in an online lecture on Mental mastery, Counselling and Legal psychology, conducted via Zoom from Security Force Headquarters (West), Panagoda on 10 May 2023.
The distance lecture and workshop was conducted by Psychiatrist and Psychology Consultant, Mrs Ama Dissanayake and Mrs Medha de Alwis (Attorney at law). Both professionals delivered several knowledge imparting lectures on work-life balance, mental mastery, stress management and psychology in the law which are beneficial for all military personnel.
Senior Officers, Officers and Staff at the headquarters participated in the session.
