The long-awaited 'Garrison Manor' Holiday Bungalow was inaugurated on Monday (15) at the Station Hilly Camp in Diyatalawa. Major General S.R.B Aluvihare RWP RSP ndu psc, the Commander Security Forces – Central, graced the occasion as the chief guest.
This project was initiated to provide accommodation facilities for Officers, Other Ranks, and their families visiting the Diyatalawa area.
The construction of the bungalow was completed with the commitment, dedication, and skills of troops of the 17 Engineer Service Regiment. Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks participated in the occasion.
