At the request of the Department of Engineering Services (Central Province) Director, Major General K A U Kodithuwakku RSP USP psc IG, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of 11 Infantry Division, delivered a Leadership, Positive Thinking and Personality Development lecture on 28 January 2025.
The session was attended by 100 executive officers from the Department. As a token of appreciation, the Department of Engineering Services (Central Province) presented a commemorative plaque to GOC during the event.
