GOC 11 Infantry Division Attend for an Award Ceremony

The prise awarding ceremony of all islands swimming encounter of Kandy Dolphin Swimming Academy was held at the Hillwood Collage swimming pool on 24 November 2024. The ceremony was graced with the presence as the Chief Guest, Major General K A U Kodithuwakku RSP USP psc IG, General Officer Commanding 11 Infantry Division, on the invitation made by Dolphin Swimming Academy, Kandy.

Total of 1568 contestants were participate for the event, representing all parts of the island. Notably a special award was given by the GOC 11 Infantry Division for the Best Swimmer in the event.
