Defence Advisor of the Indian High Commission in Sri Lanka, Captain Prakash Gopalan paid a courtesy call on Major General A P de Z Wickramaratne RWP ndu psc, Commander Security Forces (Central) on 22 July 2016 at his office.
.A cordial discussion was held between both officials.
Towards the culmination of the discussion, Major General Wickramaratne, presented a memento of goodwill and memory to Captain Prakash Gopalan.
