COMMANDER SECURITY FORCES (CENTRAL) WAS AWARDED THE PRESTIGIOUS VSV MEDAL

In parallel with the National War Heroes’ Day, the prestigious Vishishta Seva Vibhushana (VSV) decoration was awarded to 25 serving / retired senior officers of Army, Navy and Air Force in appreciation of their unblemished service to the motherland by HE the President. At this occasion the Commander Security Forces (Central), Major General G R H Dias VSV USP ndc psc IG, was also received the decoration from the President in the presence of Secretary to the President, Defence Secretary, Chief of Defence Staff, Tri-Service Commanders and other distinguished invitees.
