After taking over of the duties as the Commander Security Force Headquarters (Central), Major General A.K.S Perera WWV RWP RSP USP ndu visited 12 Division on 11 June 2015.
Brigadier WANM Weerasinghe RSP USP - General Officer Commanding 12 Division warmly welcomed the Commander SF (Cen) to the Division Headquarter Premises and in accordance with the Military traditions, the Commander received the salute of guard of honor. Afterward, Major General A.K.S Perera WWV RWP RSP USP ndu was invited to plant a mango tree sapling in the premises as a token of memory of his assumption of office in the SF HQ (Central). Subsequently, he had a friendly chat with all officers serving the Division Headquarters and its under command Units.
Later on the Commander addressed all ranks serving Division Headquarters, Brigade Headquarters and Units. Then he had camp visits to 14 Gajaba Regiment and 18 Sri Lanka National Guard.
