BUNDALA SCHOOL CHILDREN RECEIVE STATIONERY PACKS

Troops of 23rd Battalion the Gajaba Regiment, under command to 12 Infantry Division, organized a program to distribute stationery packs for school children in Hambantota District. A number of 59 students of H/Bundala Kanishta Vidyalaya, received school stationery packs each worth of Rs.2500.00 during the event organized at the school premises on 04 May 2023. The distribution was sponsored by foreign employees, Mrs. Nilanthi Ponnamperuma and Mr. Chaminda Ponnamperuma.

The distribution program was coordinated by the troops upon the guidance of Major General Mihindu Perera RWP RSP USP ndc, General Officer Commanding 12 Infantry Division. Together Senior Officers, Officers and Troops, parents and teachers witnessed the event.
