The kids of Viru Kekulu Preschool in Diyathalawa showcased sports and physical activities during the sports meet held at the preschool premises on 08 May 2025. The colourful event was organized by the staff of the preschool under the patronage of Mrs. Damayanthi Bandaranayake, the senior member in charge of the ‘Viru Kekulu’ preschool Diyathalawa, with the guidance of Commander Security Forces (Central) Major General Nalin Bandaranayake USP.
Mrs. Damayanthi Bandaranayake graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Special sports events for the kids including the march-past, added glamour to the event and 75 kids were presented with certificates and awards. The Chief Guest kept a special note of appreciation on the visitors’ book at the conclusion of the event.
Commander Security Forces (Central), Commander Logistics Command Security Forces (Central), Brigadier General Staff, Brigadier Admin and Quartering, Senior Officers, Officers, Preschool staff and parents of the kids were witnessed the event.
