Based on the information received by the troop of the Military Intelligence Corps, which is attached to the 12 Infantry Division together with the troops of Special Task Force Udawalawa, two suspects were arrested along with 9100 cannabis plants ranging in height from 2 - 5 feet in the Sewanagala general area on 30 May 2024.
The suspects were handed over to the Sewanagala police station for further investigation.
