COMMANDER, MECHANIZED INFANTRY BRIGADE VISITS THE 2ND BATTALION MECHANIZED INFANTRY REGIMENT

The Commander, Mechanized Infantry Brigade, Brigadier Kavinda Balasooriya RSP psc paid his first official visit to the 2nd Battalion Mechanized Infantry Regiment on 06 November 2021.

After a warm welcome by the Commanding Officer, Lieutenant Colonel Nirosh Kariyawasam USP MIR, Commander, Mechanized Infantry Brigade was invited for planting a sapling to mark his official visit followed by appeared for a group photograph. After that, attended for the formal briefing of the Commanding Officer. Thereafter, addressed the troops and conducted his camp visit.
