The newly-promoted Centre Commandant, Brigadier S J Priyadarshana RWP RSP USP was welcomed at the Regimental Centre on 19 December in accordance with military traditions.
On arrival at the premises, the Deputy Centre Commandant, Lieutenant Colonel K K S Perakum RWP RSP welcomed the newly promoted Centre Commandant and greeted him with a Guard Turnout.
Thereafter, the Centre Commandant planted a sapling to mark the event and joined with troops of the Regimental Centre for refreshment.
