A total of 58 Officer Cadets who are under training at Sri Lanka Military Academy (SLMA) Diyatalawa paid study visit to the Mechanized Infantry Regimental Centre on 04 August 2018 with their instructors.
The visiting Cadets were welcomed by the Centre Commandant, Colonel S J Priyadarshana RWP RSP USP. Thereafter, they witnessed the presentation on Role and Tasks, capabilities and employment of Mechanized Infantry Regiment.
Moreover, the visiting Cadets were educated on ICVs and APCs and displayed a demonstration of employment drill and maneuvering of Mechanized Infantry assets in the battle field.
