It was inaugurated by the Centre Commandant for resuming of constructions which were suspended in Mechanized Infantry Regimental Centre under the guidance of Colonel of the Regiment and the blessings of Maha Sangha on 1st March 2015.
Constructing of Kabana and conversion of Club House into accommodation rooms in Officers� Mess, Modification of Wanapiyasa Holiday Bungalow with a Tree House were simultaneously commenced. New accommodation block for other ranks also began in the Regimental Centre.
