World Children's Day Celebration Program On the occasion of World Children's Day, a Special Children's Day Program organised by Mechanized Infantry Regiment (MIR) for the students of "Pubudu" pre-school on 01 October 2022 at Dehippawa, Dambulu Halmillawewa.
The program comprised with prize giving, refreshment and musical program. The Centre Commandant of MIR, Brig A M A Abeysinghe RWP RSP USP psc along with the Secretary of MIR Seva Vanitha Branch, Mrs Swarnamli Ekanayake graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The program was organised under the instructions of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Army Headquarters and the Colonel of the Regiment MIR, Major General C D Weerasuriya RWP RSP ndu.
