MECHANIZED INFANTRY TROOPS SUPPORT TO CLEAN GARBAGE AROUND RANGIRI DAMBULLA TEMPLE

Mechanized Infantry troops launched cleaning programme to clear garbage surrounding the 'Rangiri Dambulla Temple premises on 10 March 2019. The event was organized under the guidance of Colonel of the Regiment, Brigadier AMSB Atapattu and close supervision by the Centre Commandant Colonel S J Priyadarshana RWP RSP USP with the concept of Environment is Sacred'

Next day afternoon, Regimental Staff organized Alms giving for 15 monks including Rangiri Dambulu Chief Incumbent Ven Ambagaswewa Rahula Thero to invoke blessings on the Regiment.
