DONATION OF A MODIFIED THREE-WHEELER TO A DIFFERENTLY ABLED FAMILY

The Mechanized Infantry Regiment was organized a civil assistance programme with the presence of Major General A M S B Atapattu - Colonel of the Regiment by donating of a modified Three-wheeler to a differently abled four member family nearby the Regimental Center at Dambuluhalmillawewa on 25 October 2019 with a financial contribution by a donor coordinated by Lt Col KKS Perakum RWP RSP - Deputy Centre Commandant, Mechanized Infantry Regiment aiming to induce the livelihood.

Further, Brigadier A G D N Jayasundera RWP RSP - Director, Human Rights & Humanitarian Law, Army Headquarters, Colonel S J Priyadarshana RWP RSP USP - Centre Commandant, Mechanized Infantry Regiment along with other Senior Officers/Officers and Other Ranks were participated in the event.
