COLONEL OF THE REGIMENT VISIT TO THE HEADQUARTERS MECHANIZED INFANTRY BRIGADE

After assuming duties as the 15th Colonel of the Regiment of MIR, Major General H M U Herath RWP RSP VSV USP Hdmc psc - General Officer Commanding - 61 Infantry Division marked the first official visit to the Mechanized Infantry Brigade on 03 July 2023.

During his visit he was warmly welcomed by presenting a guard turnout. After that the snr offr participated to a briefing conducted by Commander, Mechanized Infantry Brigade. Later, he visited the camp premises and attend for plant sapling. Finally he has kept his signature on the visitors book.

Commander, Mechanized Infantry Brigade Brigadier BPGK Balasooriya RSP psc and Commandant, Mechanized Infantry Regimental Centre Brigadier AMA Abeyasinghe RWP RSP USP psc along with other Staff Officers have accompanied the Colonel of the Regiment.
