Colonel of the Regiment of the Mechanized Infantry Regiment, Major General Channa Weerasuriya RWP RSP ndu ceremonially opened the New Main Entrance, New Welfare Facility Complex and Warrant Officers’ & Sergeants Accommodation in the Mechanized Infantry Regimental Centre on 25 March 2022.
Centre Commandant, Brigadier Kumara Wanasinghe RSP USP and Regimental Council Members, several Other Senior Officers along with Commanding Officers were also associated with the opening events.
Soon after the declare opening, Colonel of the Regiment and other Senior Officers inspected the vested new facilities.
