THE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE MECHANIZED INFANTRY REGIMENT SEVA VANITHA BRANCH VISITED WAR HEROES AT ‘ABIMANSALA II’ WELLNESS CENTRE IN KAMBURUPITIYA

The MIR Seva Vanitha Br Chairperson, Mrs Priyanga Wickramasinghe made a visit to the ‘Abimansala II’ Wellness Centre in Kamburupitiya on 19 Nov 23 and looked into the well-being of differently able war heroes who are under recuperation at Wellness Centre, her visit was accompanied by Vice President Mrs Nilanthi Wanasinghe and few other members of the MIR Seva Vanitha Br.

Further, DGGS AHQ and Col of the Regt MIR Maj Gen M G W W W M C B Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, DG Welfare AHQ Maj Gen W M S C K Wanasinghe RSP USP, Overlooking Cen Comdt Col P I Punchihewa, and few other Staff Officers and other ranks were associated with the visit.

During the visit, Mrs Priyanga Wickramasinghe together with other members of the MIR Seva Vanitha Br presented gift packs to all inmates, had a tea and had a cordial interaction with them.
