The Mechanized Infantry Regimental Centre commenced a new construction project to build a Rear HQs accommodation complex for soldiers of Mechanized Infantry Battalions at MIRC. Col LS Balachandra RSP, Centre Commandant and Lt Col HMU Herath RWP RSP psc, Deputy Commandant laid the foundation stone on 23 October 2015 at the auspicious time and Staff Offrs and ORs of the MIRC also participated in the event.
