APPRECIATION OF COMMENDABLE ACCOMPLISHMENT, WEARING NEW INSIGNIA FOR NEWLY PROMOTED OFFICER AND 38TH REGIMENTAL COUNCIL MEETING
The 38th Regimental Council Meeting was held on 11 October 2021 at the Regimental Centre. In parallel to the event, Officers in being selected to read Defence Services Command and Staff College Course No 16 and an Officer being awarded with First in Order of Merit from Junior Staff Course No 21 were appreciated by Colonel of the Regiment. Further, Colonel of the Regiment appreciated the exemplary performance as a middle grade Officers of the Regiment.
During the event, Colonel of the Regiment conveyed his best compliments to the newly promoted Colonel A M A Abeysinghe RWP RSP USP psc to rank of Brigadier.
Centre Commandant, Brigadier W M S C K Wanasinghe RSP USP and council members were present at the occasion.
