The 14th Anniversary Day Celebration of the 4th Battalion Mechanized Infantry Regiment was celebrated in a formal ceremony with the participation of the Commanding Officer Lieutenant Colonel Rohitha Ranasinghe USP psc and all Officers and Other Ranks at the battalion premises at Maberiyatenna. The Commanding Officer was welcomed and greeted with a Guard Turnout and followed by invited to appear for a group photograph with members of the battalion. The Commanding Officer planted a sapling to mark the occasion and addressed the troops. The ceremony was concluded with happiness while attending for the all ranks lunch.
