Colonel Commandant Marked His Visit to 4 SLA

The Deputy Chief of Staff of Sri Lanka Army and the Colonel Commandant of Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery Major General Sampath Kotuwegoda ndc IG marked his visit to 4th Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery at Kandakadu on 10 November 2021.

The Colonel Commandant was accorded with a drive past and welcomed by the Commanding Officer, Lieutenant Colonel RKMS Kulatunga RSP USP psc IG SLA.

Subsequently, the Colonel Commandant addressed the troops. The visiting Commander planted a sapling to mark his visit followed by all ranks tea. The Commanding Officer of 4 SLA briefed about the present deployment, duties and developments of the regiment. The day’s itinerary was concluded after signing the visitors book.

The event took place with strictly adhering to the health guidance given to prevent the COVID 19 pandemic.
