Band Master of Artillery Band, Warrant Officer - I DEK Ravindra, prior to his retirement received appreciation and commendation from the Commandant of Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force and Colonel Commandant of the Regiment of Artillery, Major General Sampath Kotuwegoda on 12 March 2021. Major General Sampath Kotuwegoda awarded a memento to the retiree as a symbol of appreciation of his exemplary service to the Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery as Band Master.
