A Formal Dinner was hosted on 18th June 2015 at Artillery Officers’ Mess-Minneriya upon graduation of Young Officers attending YOC – 39 at School of Artillery Minneriya. Brig WDCK Costa RSP USP, Centre Commandant – SLA, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
