The workshop for newly commissioned officers of the Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery took place at the 24 Infantry Division, Ampara from 19 January to 27 January 2024.
Ten young officers attended the program, slated for future roles as troop commanders. The objectives of the workshop were to enhance individual’s knowledge on Staff Duties, refine Service Writing skills, and improve Presentation Skills among the participating officers. The comprehensive training aimed to equip the officers with essential skills and knowledge necessary for their future responsibilities.
