Lieutenant General HE Lei the Vice Chancellor of the Academy of Military Science of Chinese People’s Liberation Army along with a Chinese delegation visited the Regiment of Artillery on 23 October 2014. They also had the lunch at the Officers’ Mess Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery.
