The Regimental Council Meeting 3/2019 of Sri Lanka Artillery was held on 22 November 2019 at Conference Hall, School of Artillery, Minneriya under the patronage of Colonel Commandant Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery, Maj Gen WRP de Silva VSV USP ndu IG.
Discussions mainly focused on matters pertaining to development and administrative aspects of the Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery and many council members were present at the meeting.
