The highest forum of the Gunners; “Instructors’ in Gunnery Seminar” - 2020 was held on 26 September 2020 at the School of Artillery, MINNERIYA for the 14th consecutive year under the theme of “Futuristic approach to design a way forward for the Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery to meet the challenges and requirements in line with the ‘Army Way Forward Strategy-2025’. The Commandant Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force and the Colonel Commandant Sri Lanka Artillery Major General PR Wanigasooriya VSV USP ndu USACGSC graced the event as the Chief Guest. The Commander Security Force (KLN) Major General KNS Kotuwegoda ndc IG along with Instructors’ in Gunnery qualified senior officers of the Regiment attended for the Seminar. Six research presentations pertaining to the Artillery and the present day context were presented by nominated Instructors’ in Gunnery. The day’s event culminated with the interaction session at the Officers’ Mess, MINNERIYA.
