As a result of 4th IndiaSri Lanka Army to Army staff talk, three Indian delegates Maj Swapnil Raut, Maj Shashank Lavaniya and Nb Sub Sanjaya Yadev visited School of Artillery Minneriya under the bilateral instructor exchange progrmme which was focused on artillery training and teaching methodologies.
