7 SLA Meets 12 SLA in Volleyball Finals at Minneriya
7 SLA and 12 SLA have qualified for the finals of the Inter Unit Volleyball Championship 2014 having comprehensively beaten 5 SLA and 4 SLA in the semi finals which were held today. Final match is going to be played under lights at 1900 hours on 13 March 2014 at Minneriya in the presence of Major General JC Rambukpotha RSP USP ndc psc IG, the Colonel Commandant of the Regiment of Artillery. Though, the 12 SLA team which comprises 4 Army players is considered as the favourites, 7 SLA team is equal in talents and team work which they displayed throughout the tournament. Tomorrow’s contest for the coveted Champion’s trophy will be an exiting one.
