12 SLA Spikes to Win the Artillery Volleyball Championship
12 SLA won the Inter Regiment Volleyball Championship 2014 of Sri Lanka Artillery by beating formidable 7 SLA team in three straight sets at Minneriya on 13 March 2014. Though the match held under lights, was over in three sets, 7 SLA team put up a tough fight making the match extremely exiting. Major General JC Rambukpotha RSP USP ndc psc IG, the Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Artillery graced the Prize Awarding Ceremony as the Chief Guest. Brigadier PMSA Pallemulla, Commander Artillery Brigade and many Artillery senior officers were also present to witness the match.
