    Armed Forces- managed Quarantine Centres (QCs) upon completion of the two-week-long quarantine process, released 286 more home-bound returnees from Katukeliyawa, Kandakadu and the Air Force one in Iranamadu this morning (4) after completion of medical procedures and receipt of their Quarantine Certificates.

  • 'Rakemu Api' Online Service to Provide Relief Measures & Detect COVID-19 Victims

    National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) considering the national emergency has launched an 'online solution' to meet with requests for essential supplies or medical needs and to report on any patient with COVID-19 symptoms or a suspicious community or anyone who had arrived in Sri Lanka from overseas in the past 14 days or anyone suspicious to have been contracted COVID-19 while at home. The public are therefore requested to link with https://rakemuapi.cmb.ac.lk for more information and its service.

  • Proper Quarantining Allows 321 More to Go Home from QCs

    One more group of 321 individuals who underwent the quarantine process at Periyakadu, Punani and Air Force-managed Puravasakulam Quarantine Centres (QCs) proceeded home this morning (31) on transport facilities, provided by the Army. Before boarding buses and issue of the Quarantine Certificates, they were once again examined by medical officers.
