CLOSING CEREMONY JUNIOR COMMAND AND STAFF COURSE 4

Marking of another successful course at one of the proud training establishments of Sri Lanka Army, the Closing Ceremony of Junior Command and Staff Course 4 was held on 11th August 2017 at the main auditorium of the Officer Career Development Centre. Sixty six officers including three officers from the friendly foreign countries India and Nepal successfully completed the three and half month course. The ceremony was encompassed with the awarding of certificate followed by the closing remarks of the commandant of the centre, Brigadier D M D C D Gunawardana RWP USP ndc psc who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

The Chief Instructor Col W Chandrasiri RSP USP psc, the Senior Instructors Lt Col Nandana RSP USP psc and Lt Col Malsinghe RWP RSP psc, the CO – admin wing Lt Col Fernando and all the DSs along with other senior officers also attended the event.

The three officers of the foreign Armies were also presented with the mementos by the Commandant, Officer Career Development Centre.

The course was concluded with the course end dinner held at the Officers’ Mess, and the night was chromatic with the company of the Commandant as the Chief Guest.
