Junior Staff Course 12 commenced on 11 January 2016 with the participation of 52 student officers scheduled to undergone the course for 14 weeks. The Course commenced with the Opening Address by Brigadier R A Nugera WWV RWP RSP ndu the Commandant, OCDC.
