Junior Command Course 11 commenced on 04 January 2016 with the participation of 39 student officers scheduled to undergone the course for 15 weeks. The Course commenced with the Opening Address by Brigadier R A Nugera WWV RWP RSP ndu the Commandant, OCDC.
