Basic Geographic Information Systems Course (BGIS) No 3 commenced on 11 August 2014 with the participation of 16 student officers scheduled to undergo the course for 3 weeks.
The Course commenced with Opening Address by Colonel M K U P Gunaratne RSP IG , Senior Instructor Officer Career Development Centre (OCDC).
