On the 2nd of January 2014 the Commandant Brig K P A Jayasekera WWV RSP psc addressed all the ranks prior to leaving the OCDC to attend ndc in Bangladesh Thereafter he took part in the traditional tree planting to mark the departure. The event followed by the All Ranks’ tea party.
